1. WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND?

Insightful Healing offers reflective and spiritual support informed by lived experience, somatic awareness, and ongoing study of metaphysics. Our approach is shaped by educational and professional backgrounds in psychology, criminal justice, and clinical mental health, which support ethical space-holding, discernment, and care.

Our work is non-clinical and non-diagnostic. It centers insight, reflection, and supporting individuals in reconnecting with their own inner authority.

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY READING OR SESSION?

Timing depends on the service booked:

Recorded tarot/intuitive videos and written email reflections are delivered within 24hrs of the completed booking. Choose any future date/time when booking.

Live sessions take place at the approved appointment time.

If there is ever uncertainty about the format or delivery timing of a booking, we encourage reaching out for clarification prior to the session.

3. WHAT IS A REFLECTIVE (SPIRITUAL) SESSION?

A reflective session is a slow-paced, consent-centered space for insight and awareness. Sessions may include conversation, somatic listening, metaphysical tools, or divination, depending on what feels supportive and aligned.

Rather than offering predictions or directives, reflective sessions focus on meaning-making, self-connection, and supporting each individual's process of understanding and integration.

4. HOW DO TAROT AND INTUITIVE READINGS WORK?

Tarot and intuitive tools are used as symbolic mirrors rather than literal or predictive instructions. They help illuminate themes, patterns, and perspectives that may already be present beneath the surface.

Readings are not intended to be taken rigidly or literally. Clients are encouraged to engage with what resonates, question what does not, and remain the ultimate authority in their own lives. 

5. IS THIS THERAPY OR A REPLACEMENT FOR MENTAL HEALTH CARE?

No. Insightful Healing offers spiritual and reflective services, which are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis support.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or require clinical treatment, please seek support from a licensed professional or appropriate emergency resouces.

6. DO I NEED TO PREPARE ANYTHING BEFORE A SESSION?

No preparation is required. You are welcome to bring a question, theme, or simply arrive as you are.

Many people find it helpful to approach sessions with curiosity rather than fixed expectations.
