Cancellation Policy

Counseling services are provided by Amira Bailey, LACMH, RMHCI, under clinical supervision and are intended for individuals seeking professional mental health support. Services are conducted virtually for clients who are residents of and located within the State of Florida at the time of their appointment. PAYMENT Payment is due at the time of service. A valid payment method may be required to reserve appointments and may be maintained on file for cancellation and no-show fees. CANCELLATIONS Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a $75 late cancellation fee. NO-SHOWS Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be charged the full session fee, up to $125. LATE ARRIVALS Appointments will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. Clients arriving late may be seen for the remainder of their scheduled session and will be responsible for the full session fee. EMERGENCIES Counseling services are not intended for emergency or crisis situations. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911, contact 988, or go to the nearest emergency room. CONFIDENTIALITY Counseling services are governed by applicable laws and professional standards regarding confidentiality, informed consent, and record keeping. Additional information will be provided during intake process.
