What is Your Body Saying Today?

I was processing…


My somatic symptoms oscillate between distant and overstimulating, and I’m deeply grateful for my connection to self. I listen, interpret, offer compassion, challenge, and connect in a way that fiercely chooses love and evolution.


Typically, when my stomach growls, I’m surprised—not consciously “feeling hungry.” If it carries on, it can quickly bring up irritation or rage, especially if I’m in the middle of something.


Through pain and discomfort, I learn more about myself and my decisions. With insight, accountability, and discipline, I evolve.


And yet—my grandfather would say the growling is simply an indication that the bowels are preparing for movement.


Either way—whether metaphor or biology—I choose to listen. The body speaks in many dialects. Learning when to interpret, when to tend, and when to simply allow is part of my ongoing evolution.
